How do I activate the filter timer on the lid?
The BRITA Carafe filter timer is activated by pressing and holding the start button until all four bars fill the display and flash 2 times. Your time is activated when the flashing dot in the bottom right-hand corner is flashing.
When do I need to change the filter?
Each week a bar will disappear and the remaining bars in the indicate the remaining lifetime of the cartridge. As a general rule, we recommend replacing your filter every month or 150L of water.
