We want our customers to be satisfied with your purchased products, so if you have received an item that is different to what was described or is faulty, or you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase date.
This replacement or refund offer is in addition to your rights under the statutory guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under those laws may extend beyond 3 months.

- Product name
- Online Purchase Order number
- Reason for return
- Return for replacement or refund
When your product is authorised for return, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send the package, as well as providing you with a return authorisation number to be included with your return. Please do not return any item without first receiving a return authorisation number.

Conditions of Product Return
Where the product is being returned pursuant to our replacement or refund offer, unless otherwise agreed, all returned products should be in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration card(s). All replacement or refund under our policy is subject to approval by our Customer Service Department.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Allow 14 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. The refund will be in the same form as the initial payment. We will issue you with a refund (less any postage costs) once we have received the returned item. Exchanges due to goods received by you as damaged (subject to confirmation by our customer service team) will be sent to you at our expense.
